SMYRNA, TN – The Tennessee Highway Patrol closed eastbound I-24 at Exit 66B this morning so they could reconstruct and investigate a previous fatal accident, according to their official Twitter account.

The exit was closed from about 8 a.m. to about 10 a.m. today, and caused traffic to back up for 24 minutes.
