WHAT KIND OF CASES ARE CONSIDERED BUSINESS LITIGATION?
Business litigation involves many different kinds of cases. It can range from a simple breach of contract case to a violation of a non-compete agreement, to dissolution of a partnership or limited liability company (“LLC”). Some of these cases are described below with citations to actual cases or statutes. George Fusner since 1977 has handled many of these types of cases for both the plaintiff and the defendant. He has also taught on this subject to other lawyers.
