NASHVILLE, TN – A major traffic jam was reported following a collision along I-24 on Thursday morning.
According to Total Traffic Nashville, the accident took place shortly after 11 a.m. in the eastbound lanes of I-24 near the exit to Shelby Avenue.

The cause of the crash is not mentioned in the report. Photos from the scene show a tractor-trailer and several emergency vehicles blocking the shoulder and right lanes of the roadway.
