NASHVILLE, TN – One person died and at least one other was hospitalized after a vehicle crashed into a ravine in northwest Nashville early Thursday morning.
According to a report by WSMV, the crash took place shortly before 2 a.m. along West Trinity Lane, near the intersection with Youngs Lane.
It is unclear what caused the driver to crash into the water. However, one person in the vehicle sustained fatal injuries as a result of the crash.
At least one other person was sent to the hospital in critical condition. The conditions of the other two individuals involved in the crash are unclear at this time.
The roadway was reopened shortly before 6 a.m.
