NASHVILLE, TN – The man responsible for a fatal crash in late January was indicted by a Grand Jury in Davidson County on Wednesday.
According to the Nashville Tennessean, the January 26th crash took place at the intersection of East Old Hickory boulevard and Myatt Drive.
Police say the driver of a 2013 Ford F-150 was eastbound on Old Hickory Blvd. when he attempted to make a left turn and was struck by a westbound Chevrolet Camaro.
The driver of the Chevrolet, a man in his 60s, suffered fatal injuries in the crash.
Further investigation showed the at-fault driver was traveling 30 mph over the speed limit at the time of the crash. He is currently facing a vehicular homicide charge.
