NASHVILLE, TN – Major delays were reported following a collision involving multiple semi-trucks along I-24 on Sunday.
According to a report by WSMV, the incident occurred near the I-40 split.
The circumstances leading up to the crash are unclear at this time. However, hazmat crews were called to the scene to assist in cleaning up a fluid that was leaking from one of the trucks.
No injuries were reported as a direct result of the crash.
Commuters heading home from the Titans home opener were faced with significant delays while crews worked to clear the scene.
