NASHVILLE, TN – A pedestrian was critically injured after being struck by a vehicle on Elm Hill Pike last night.
According to WKRN, the unidentified victim was walking on Elm Hill Pike near Twin Elms Court when they were hit at about 10:30 p.m.
The pedestrian was rushed to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in critical condition.
The driver initially left the scene but returned with an interpreter since he did not speak very much English. It is unclear if he will face any charges in connection to the crash.
