NASHVILLE, TN – One person has died in a fatal motorcycle crash early Wednesday morning in the Springfield area.
According to Smokey Barn News, the crash took place in the 3700 block of Old Greenbrier Pike around 7:00 AM on September 29th. The victim was reportedly driving a 2005 Harley Davidson motorcycle at excessive speed when the vehicle exited the roadway and crashed into the trees.
The motorcyclist was unfortunately pronounced dead at the scene.
Tennessee Highway Patrol and the Springfield Police Department continue to investigate the fatal crash.
