NASHVILLE, TN – One person was injured after a single-vehicle crash caused their car to burst into flames Monday morning.
According to WSMV, the accident took place on West 9th Street in the Cookeville area just after 12:00 AM on September 27th.
The vehicle reportedly exited the roadway for unknown reasons and crashed, causing it to catch fire.
First responders were able to free the driver from the burning vehicle. Their current condition is unknown.
The Cookeville Police Department continues to investigate the crash.
