WAVERLY, TN – One person has died after a head-on collision between two vehicles near Waverly on Saturday afternoon.
According to WSMV, the crash took place on Highway 70 at Lawson Lane around 3:00 PM on October 2nd. The events leading up to the crash have yet to be reported.
The driver of one of the vehicles died at the scene. It is unclear if anyone else involved in the accident suffered any injuries.
Tennessee Highway Patrol continues to investigate the accident.
