ROBERTSON CO., TN – One person has died after suffering injuries in a two-vehicle crash on Highway 41 Sunday night.
According to The Smokey Barn News, the fatal collision took place on Highway 41 at Dunn Road around 8:30 PM on October 31st.
A 2005 Ford F-250 was reportedly traveling eastbound on Highway 41 when the driver rear-ended a vehicle parked on the shoulder. The Ford subsequently exited the roadway and crashed in a field next to the highway.
The driver of the parked vehicle initially reported having only minor injuries. However, they unfortunately passed away after being transported to TriStar North Crest for treatment later that night.
The driver of the Ford and the passenger of the parked vehicle suffered no significant injuries.
Tennessee Highway Patrol and Robertson County EMA continue to investigate the fatal accident.
