MURFREESBORO, TN – A semi-truck carrying Jack Daniel’s Whiskey overturned on I-24 in Murfreesboro Wednesday morning.
According to WSMV, the single-vehicle crash occurred on the South Church Street on-ramp to I-24 around 9:30 AM on November 17th. The semi-truck was reportedly attempting to turn left when the vehicle overturned.
It is unclear if the driver of the semi truck sustained any injuries as a result of the accident.
First responders had to clean up several gallons of whiskey that spilled onto the roadway. The on-ramp has since reopened.
Tennessee Highway Patrol and Murfreesboro Police continue to investigate the accident.
