CLARKSVILLE, TN – Two people suffered serious injuries after a hit-and-run crash in Clarksville Friday night.
According to News Channel 5, the crash took place on 101st Airborne Division Parkway at Peachers Mill Road around 10:30 PM on December 3rd.
Two vehicles were involved in the crash. The driver of the first vehicle initially fled the scene. They were returned to the scene by a family member and then transported to Tennova Hospital.
An occupant of the second vehicle sustained critical injuries. They were flown to a Nashville hospital via LifeFlight. They are currently in stable condition.
The driver of the first car is facing charges for leaving the scene.
The portion of 101st Airborne Division Parkway surrounding the crash remained closed until 3:00 AM on Saturday.
