NASHVILLE, TN – One person has died following a single-vehicle rollover crash on I-440 eastbound Friday morning.
According to FOX 17, the fatal accident took place on I-440 just past the Nolensville Pike exit ramp on December 10th.
The vehicle reportedly exited the roadway and crashed into a tree head-on. The vehicle then overturned. The driver was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash
The driver was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center. They unfortunately succumbed to their injuries shortly after.
Tennessee Highway Patrol and Metro police continue to investigate the fatal crash.
