NASHVILLE, TN – A single-vehicle accident that took place early Tuesday morning in South Nashville remains under investigation.
According to WKRN, the crash took place on Willard Drive at East Ridge Drive the morning of January 18th.
The driver reportedly lost control of the vehicle after hitting a patch of black ice. The vehicle exited the roadway and overturned on its side.
It is unclear if anyone suffered injuries at this time.
Authorities continue to request that drivers use extreme caution while driving on the icy roadways.
