NASHVILLE, TN – One person has died after a multi-vehicle crash on Whites Creek Pike in the Joelton area Wednesday morning.
According to WKRN, the fatal collision took place on Whites Creek Pike near Sycamore Creek Lane around 11:00 AM on January 19th.
The events leading up to the crash are unclear at this time. At least two vehicles were involved.
One person reportedly died as a result of injuries sustained in the crash.
Authorities shut down both lanes of Whites Creek Pike as first responders cleared the scene. It is unclear when the roadway will reopen. Local drivers are asked to avoid the scene of the crash.
Tennessee Highway Patrol and Metro police continue to investigate the fatal crash.
