NASHVILLE, TN – One person suffered minor injuries after a single-vehicle drunk driving accident Sunday morning.
According to WSMV, the crash took place on Nolensville Pike near Fairlane Drive around 5:00 AM on January 30th.
A driver reportedly crashed their vehicle into a power pole, splitting the pole in half. Their vehicle then overturned.
Metro police found the driver sitting outside a nearby business. Authorities state that the driver showed serious signs of impairment, but only minor injuries.
Nolensville Pike was closed for several hours due to electrical wires in the roadway. The road has since reopened.
