CLARKSVILLE, TN – A pedestrian has died after they were struck by a vehicle in a hit-and-run collision Sunday evening.
According to WKRN, the fatal crash took place on Kennedy Lane outside the Travelodge by Wyndham Clarksville around 7:00 PM on February 6th.
When police arrived at the scene, they discovered the pedestrian lying in the roadway. The pedestrian was unfortunately pronounced dead at the scene.
Kennedy Lane was shut down Sunday night, but has since reopened.
It is unknown if anyone witnessed the hit-and-run crash. Authorities request that anyone with information please contact the Clarksville Police Department at 931-648-0656.
