NASHVILLE, TN – A man was critically injured after being struck by a vehicle on Nolensville Pike Thursday night.

According to a report by WSMV, the accident took place shortly before 10:30 p.m. in the southbound lanes of the roadway near Harding Place.

Police say the unidentified male pedestrian was crossing outside of the designated crosswalk when he was struck. He was rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment of potentially life-threatening injuries.

It is unclear if the driver will face any charges at this time.

KNOXVILLE, TN – Three people, including a child, were hospitalized following a collision and ensuing fire in Knoxville on Wednesday night.

According to WATE, the single-vehicle accident occurred sometime before 11 p.m. along Buffat Mill Road, near the intersection with Spring Hill Road.

NASHVILLE, TN – A multi-vehicle collision involving a school bus took place in south Nashville on Tuesday afternoon, WSMV reports.

The crash took place at about 3:50 p.m. along Preston Road, near the intersection with Pettus Road.

CROSS PLAINS, TN – The driver of a grease tanker was injured after the rig overturned in Cross Plains early Thursday morning.

According to Smokey Barn News, the collision took place shortly before 4 a.m. within the 4000 block of Woodrow Wilson Road.
