NASHVILLE, TN – Two people fled the scene after causing a major crash near I-40 in downtown Nashville early Wednesday morning, WKRN reports.
The accident took place at about 2 a.m. near the entrance ramp from Church Street to I-40.
Police believe the driver of one vehicle ran through the red light and caused a crash involving two other vehicles at the intersection. Two people got out of the at-fault vehicle and fled the scene on foot.
No injuries were reported as a direct result of the crash.
Metro police are still searching for the individuals who fled.
