NASHVILLE, TN – Two individuals were hospitalized after they were forced to jump from a second-story window during a residential fire on Monday morning.
According to WSMV, the fire broke out at a duplex on Brick Church Pike sometime before noon.
Upon arrival, fire crews noticed flames coming out of one side of the duplex. Two residents were also located by crews after they had leaped to safety from the second floor of the building.
Both residents were taken to the hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
