NASHVILLE, TN – Four people were hospitalized following a major collision involving five vehicles on Monday morning.
According to a report by WKRN, the accident took place when the driver of a Honda CRV crossed the center line on Murfreesboro Pike near Pineway Drive.
Traffic camera footage shows the Honda colliding with the front passenger side of a Toyota Corolla before colliding with a Toyota Camry and overturning in the roadway
The Honda was then struck by a Kia, causing a tire to fly off and hit a nearby GMC Yukon.
The driver of the Honda was rushed to Vanderbilt University Medical Center with life-threatening injuries. Two other individuals were transported with non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the GMC drove to herself the hospital for treatment.
