NASHVILLE, TN – An elderly man from Nashville was killed following a multi-vehicle crash in the Pegram area on Thursday afternoon.
According to a report by WZTV, the crash took place at about 12:30 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 70 and McCrory Lane, near the Bellevue Quarry.
Investigators say the 90-year-old man behind the wheel of a Toyota SUV pulled out in front of a northbound Chevrolet Impala. The Chevrolet then collided with the passenger side of the Toyota.
The man in the Toyota was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries later on.
