PUTNAM CO., TN – A multi-vehicle crash shut down all lanes on I-40 Thursday morning, according to News 4 Nashville.
Tennessee Highway Patrol reports that the collision involved three vehicles and took place near Highway 84 on September 16th.
At least one person was injured in the crash. However, the extent of their injuries remains unclear at this time.
Investigators are working to establish an official cause of the crash.
