NASHVILLE, TN – A driver suffered life-threatening injuries in a single-vehicle crash that went undiscovered for hours Thursday night.
According to WKRN, the crash occurred in the 3500 block of Dickerson Pike around 10:15 PM on November 18th.
The driver reportedly swerved across the roadway before hitting a telephone pole. The vehicle then exited the roadway and crashed in a ravine.
According to Metro police, the car was cold by the time they discovered the accident. It is unclear how long the crash went undiscovered.
The driver was transported to TriStar Skyline Medical Center. They are currently in critical condition.
Tennessee Highway Patrol and Metro police continue to investigate what caused the accident.
