CHEATHAM CO., TN – One person was seriously injured as the result of a collision involving a semi-truck in Cheatham County late Monday night.
According to WKRN, the crash took place at about 11:40 p.m. along I-24 East, near mile marker 30 in Pleasant View.
Upon arrival, firefighters found a single-vehicle seriously damaged with an unresponsive driver still inside. Crews worked to extricate the unidentified driver and transport them to a nearby hospital in critical condition.
The driver of the semi was unhurt after Monday’s cash.
