NASHVILLE, TN – One person was hospitalized after a passenger vehicle crashed into a Tennessee DoT truck on Sunday afternoon.
According to a report by WKRN, the crash occurred in the westbound lanes of I-24, between Harding Place and Haywood Lane.
Crews used hydraulic spreaders to stabilize the passenger vehicle and remove the door.
An occupant was extricated from the vehicle and transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center with unknown injuries. No one else was reportedly injured as a result of the crash.
