FRANKLIN, TN – A Frankin County Sheriff’s Deputy suffered serious injuries in a single-vehicle crash while responding to a call on Sunday morning.
According to the Herald Chronicle, the crash took place on Bible Crossing Road around 2:00 AM on October 10th.
Investigators say the deputy lost control of the vehicle while traveling at high speed around a curve. The patrol car subsequently exited the roadway, collided with a utility pole, and overturned.
The deputy suffered severe injuries and was airlifted to Vanderbilt University Medical Center for treatment.
