GREENBRIER, TN – One man was killed and two others were sent to the hospital following a major collision in Greenbrier on Wednesday morning.
According to a report by Smokey Barn News, the crash took place shortly after 1 a.m. along Old Greenbrier Pike, near the Ebenezer Road intersection.
Greenbrier police believe the 37-year-old driver of one pickup truck was southbound when his vehicle collided head-on with a second pickup truck.
The man in the southbound truck was pronounced dead at the scene. His juvenile passenger was taken to Vanderbilt Medical Center in serious but stable condition.
The driver of the second truck, a 58-year-old man, was taken to Skyline Medical Center in serious but stable condition.
Investigators are working to establish an official cause of the crash at this time.
