NASHVILLE, TN – A two-vehicle collision involving a dump truck shut down I-65 southbound Saturday morning.
According to WSMV, the crash occurred on I-65 southbound at Old Hickory Boulevard at 7:15 AM on September 18th.
Police say an unspecified vehicle reportedly collided with the dump truck on the exit ramp, causing the truck to overturn and leak fuel onto the roadway.
The exit ramp was closed while first responders worked to clear the scene.
Injury reports are still pending. The official cause of the accident remains under investigation.
