NASHVILLE, TN – Multiple lanes were closed following a major tractor-trailer collision on I-40 early Friday morning.
According to WZTV, the crash occurred shortly before 3 a.m. in the westbound lanes of the interstate, near Exit 201 to Charlotte Pike.
