NASHVILLE, TN – A Hendersonville man died days after being seriously injured in a road rage crash on Tuesday afternoon.
According to Fox 17 Nashville, the incident took place along I-65 North between the exit to Trinity Lane and I-24.
Police say the 46-year-old male victim was rear-ended by a white pickup truck. He also complained of being shot with an airsoft gun.
The man declined treatment at the scene but was found unresponsive on Wednesday. He succumbed to his injuries on Thursday.
The other driver involved in the incident fled the scene before police arrived. No further information regarding their identity is available at this time.
