CLARKSVILLE, TN – One person has died after a single-vehicle crash on I-24 in Clarksville late Thursday night.
According to WKRN, the crash took place on I-24 westbound near mile marker 4 just before midnight on November 18th.
The vehicle reportedly exited the roadway and collided head-on with a tree. The driver unfortunately died at the scene.
The portion of I-24 surrounding the crash was shut down as first responders cleared the scene. It has since reopened.
The cause of the accident remains under investigation by Tennessee Highway Patrol.
