NASHVILLE, TN – Commuters were faced with major delays resulting from an early morning rollover collision in southeast Nashville on Thursday morning.
According to a report by Total Traffic Nashville, the collision took place at about 5:30 a.m. in the westbound lanes of I-440, just west of the I-24 interchange.
The circumstances leading up to the crash are not mentioned in the report. However, traffic camera footage from the scene shows one vehicle overturned in the far left lane.
Traffic was able to slowly get by in the remaining lanes while emergency crews worked to clear the scene. All lanes have since been reopened.
