NASHVILLE, TN – One person suffered smoke inhalation injuries after an apartment fire in Hendersonville Thursday night.
According to WSMV, the fire broke out at the Reserve at Drakes Street in the 200 block of New Shackle Island Road around 9:00 PM on January 13th.
The Hendersonville Fire Department was able to extinguish the flames within thirty minutes of arriving on the scene.
One person sustained injuries caused by smoke inhalation. They received medical treatment, but their current condition is unknown.
In total, six apartment units suffered damage. It is unclear how many people have been displaced.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
