    WILSON CO., TN – Two multi-vehicle accidents involving minor injuries shut down I-40 eastbound Thursday morning. 

    According to WSMV, the two crashes took place on I-40 eastbound near mile marker 223 at 6:08 AM on October 28th. In total, seven vehicles were involved in the accidents.

    Tennessee Highway Patrol has yet to report the events leading up to the crash or an official cause.

    Several people suffered minor injuries, but their conditions are unknown at this time. 

    All lanes of I-40 eastbound have since reopened.

    Authorities continue to investigate the crash.

    One dead, one injured in head-on crash

    NASHVILLE, TN – One person has died and another has been hospitalized after a fatal crash in East Nashville Thursday afternoon.

    According to WKRN, the fatal collision took place at the intersection of Gallatin Pike and Trinity Lane around 12:00 PM on October 28th. The crash involved two vehicles that collided head-on.

    Two people were initially taken to the hospital. One was pronounced dead shortly after. The other person’s condition is unknown at this time.

    Metro police and Tennessee Highway Patrol continue to investigate the crash. More details will be released when they are available.

    Five injured after SUV collides with bus

    NASHVILLE, TN – Five people suffered injuries after an SUV collided head-on with a WeGo bus in East Nashville Tuesday night.

    According to News Channel 5, the head-on crash took place on Main Street near 5th Avenue North around 10:20 PM on October 26th. 

    Several people called 911 prior to the accident to report an SUV traveling at high speed. 

    All five injured people were transported to the hospital, but the severity of their injuries remains unknown. 

    Metro police continue to investigate the accident. At this time it is unclear if charges will be filed against the driver of the SUV.

    Multi-vehicle crash with injuries reported in West Nashville

    NASHVILLE, TN – A multi-vehicle accident involving injuries has been reported in West Nashville early Tuesday afternoon.

    According to Nashville and Davidson County Traffic Reporting, the collision took place at the intersection of Charlotte Pike and White Bridge Pike at 12:19 PM on October 26th.

    Tennessee Highway Patrol has yet to release an official cause of the crash.

    Multiple injuries were reported, but the exact number and severity remains unknown.

    Injuries reported in two-vehicle crash involving dump truck

    WILLIAMSON CO., TN – Several people suffered injuries in a two-vehicle crash involving a car and a dump truck Tuesday morning.

    According to FOX 17, the collision took place on Highway 231 at Old Murfreesboro Road East on October 26th. 

    The events leading up to the collision have yet to be reported.

    The identity and condition of any injured persons remains unknown.

    All northbound and southbound lanes were shut down until 10:00 AM as first responders cleared the scene.

    Two injured in early morning crash on I-40 West

    NASHVILLE, TN – Two people suffered injuries in a two-vehicle crash on I-40 westbound early Sunday morning.

    According to WSMV, the collision occurred on I-40 westbound at mile marker 211, near where I-40 splits with I-24, around 3:50 AM on October 24th. 

    Metro police have not released any more details on the events leading up to the crash.

    The identity and condition of both people injured remains unknown.
