    I-24 crash causes traffic delays

    ROBERTSON CO., TN – A multi-vehicle accident on I-24 westbound resulted in major traffic delays Monday morning.

    According to Tennessee Highway Patrol, the crash took place on I-24 West near mile marker 18 the morning of February 14th.

    Authorities have yet to report an official cause of the crash. The number of vehicles involved is unknown.

    Similarly, the total number and severity of injuries suffered remains unknown.

    Tennessee Highway Patrol continues to investigate the crash. More details will be available as the investigation continues.

    One injured in DUI crash

    NASHVILLE, TN – One person suffered minor injuries after their vehicle was struck by a drunk driver Sunday morning.

    According to WSMV, the crash took place on I-40 near New Hope Road around 5:00 AM on February 13th.

    The injured victim was reportedly driving a Ford F-150 pickup truck when a drunk driver rear-ended their vehicle. The pickup truck subsequently rolled for over 100 feet before coming to rest on the side of the highway.

    The driver of the Ford was able to escape the damaged vehicle. They luckily suffered only minor injuries. 

    The impaired driver has been charged with driving under the influence and driving without a license.

    At least one injured in South Nashville collision

    NASHVILLE, TN – At least one person sustained injuries in a multi-vehicle collision in South Nashville Monday afternoon.

    According to Nashville and Davidson County Traffic Reporting, the crash took place at 1130 Polk Avenue on February 14th. 

    At this time, the cause of the accident remains unknown.

    It is unclear how many people suffered injuries or if hospitalization was required.

    Injuries reported in multi-vehicle Woodbine crash

    NASHVILLE, TN – There are reports of injuries after a multi-vehicle accident in the Woodbine area Monday afternoon.

    According to Nashville and Davidson County Traffic Reporting, the crash occurred at the intersection of Powell Avenue and Powell Place at 12:55 PM on February 14th.

    Authorities have yet to establish an official cause of the accident. At least two vehicles were involved in the collision.

    At least one injured in semi-truck crash

    RUTHERFORD CO., TN – At least one person suffered injuries after a semi-truck overturned on I-24 Saturday morning.

    According to WKRN, the crash took place on I-24 eastbound Medical Center Parkway and the I-840 split around 10:00 AM on February 12th. 

    At this time, it is unclear what caused the semi-truck to overturn. One other vehicle appears to be involved in the crash.

    The number and severity of injuries are currently unknown.

    The area surrounding the crash was shut down for several hours as first responders worked to clear the scene. All lanes have since reopened.

    NASHVILLE, TN – There are reports of injuries after a serious two-vehicle accident on I-40 early Sunday morning.

    According to WSMV, the crash took place on I-40 near mile marker 221 around 5:00 AM on February 13th.

    Two vehicles were involved in the accident. One vehicle exited the roadway and overturned. The second vehicle burst into flames on impact.

    Metro police state that there were multiple injuries reported in the crash. However, the exact number and severity of those injuries remains unknown.
