    Nashville car accident

    Driver suffers minor injuries in Spring Hill rollover crash

    SPRING HILL, TN – A driver suffered minor injuries after a high speed chase ended in a rollover accident late Wednesday night.

    According to WKRN, the crash took place where Saturn Parkway connects to I-65 on December 8th.

    Metro police reportedly pulled over a Nissan Sentra for speeding. The driver attempted to flee the scene, traveling at excessive speed. The Nissan then exited the roadway and overturned off the I-65 southbound on-ramp.

    The officers were able to free the driver from the vehicle and subsequently arrested them. The driver is charged with DUI and felony attempt to evade law enforcement. 

    Metro police continue to investigate the crash.

    Multi-vehicle crash on I-65 causes injuries

    NASHVILLE, TN – A multi-vehicle crash involving injuries was reported  in Trinity Hills Thursday morning.

    According to Nashville and Davidson County Traffic Reporting, the crash took place on I-65 southbound near mile marker 88 at 7:40 AM on December 9th.

    At least one person suffered injuries. The total number and severity of injuries is currently unknown.

    Driver arrested after two-vehicle crash

    NASHVILLE, TN – Two people suffered injuries after a two-vehicle accident on Dickerson Pike Monday afternoon. 

    According to FOX 17, the crash took place in the 1300 block of Dickerson Pike around 2:30 PM on December 6th. 

    Witnesses report that a Chevy Camaro was driving recklessly when it struck a Nissan Altima. A Metro police officer witnessed the accident. When the officer approached the Camaro, the driver pulled out a gun. The officer then shot the driver in the leg.

    The driver of the Camaro was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center. They are currently in stable condition. Upon release, they will be arrested for federal gun and drug charges unrelated to the accident.

    A passenger in the Nissan Altima under the age of 18 was transported to Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital. Their current condition is unknown.

    Tennessee Highway Patrol and the Metro Police Department continue to investigate the accident.
