HENDERSONVILLE, TN – A Clarksville man was killed in a work-related accident at a home in Hendersonville last Tuesday, News Channel 5 reports.
The 43-year-old man was helping the driver of a skid loader disentangle a pair of pallets that had become hung up on one another when one of them fell on top of him. Other workers attempted CPR on the injured man, who was then rushed to an area hospital. Unfortunately, he died there some time later.
The Tennessee Occupational Safety and Health Administration told Clarksville Now that it had opened an investigation into the fatal accident.
