Nashville pedestrian accident lawyer

NASHVILLE, TN – A pedestrian has died after they were struck by a vehicle in a hit-and-run collision Thursday evening.

According to FOX 17, the fatal crash took place on Dickerson Pike near Old Trinity Lane around 7:40 PM on February 17th.

A car reportedly stopped to let a pedestrian cross Dickerson Pike. A black four-door sedan then struck the pedestrian while they were crossing. The sedan subsequently fled the scene. Two other vehicles then struck the pedestrian as well, but remained at the scene. 

The pedestrian sustained serious injuries and unfortunately died at the scene.

Authorities request that anyone with information about the crash or the black sedan to please call Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463. 

Metro police continue to investigate the fatal accident.

NASHVILLE, TN – A pedestrian has died after they were struck by a vehicle in a gas station parking lot Friday morning.

According to FOX 17, the collision occurred in a gas station parking lot in the 2100 block of Charlotte Avenue on February 4th.

The driver of a Chrysler 300 reportedly struck the pedestrian while backing up. The driver states they were unable to see the pedestrian behind them.

The pedestrian was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center with serious injuries. They unfortunately passed away on Monday, February 7th.

Police report that the driver showed no signs of impairment. At this time, it is unclear if they will face charges.

Metro police continue to investigate the fatal collision.

NASHVILLE, TN – A pedestrian has died after they were fatally struck by a vehicle on I-65 late Sunday night. 

According to WKRN, the fatal crash took place on I-65 northbound near Moores Lane around 11:00 PM on January 30th.

The pedestrian was reportedly walking in the left lane of I-65 when they were struck by a Ford F250. Unfortunately, the pedestrian died at the scene.

The driver of the Ford remained at the scene of the crash. There are currently no charges pending against the driver of the Ford.

Tennessee Highway Patrol and Metro police continue to investigate the fatal collision.

NASHVILLE, TN – A pedestrian was struck and killed by a pickup truck in a hit-and-run collision in Nashville Friday night.

According to WSMV, the fatal crash took place on Elm Hill Pike on January 21st.

The pedestrian was reportedly walking in the right turn lane at the time of the crash. There are no sidewalks on that portion of Elm Hill Pike. A Dodge pickup truck struck the pedestrian and subsequently fled the scene. 

First responders transported the pedestrian to Vanderbilt University Medical Center. They unfortunately succumbed to their injuries shortly after.

The driver of the Dodge pickup truck returned to the scene and confessed to hitting the pedestrian. Police report that the driver showed signs of impairment.

The driver has been charged with driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident involving death.

According to FOX 17, the fatal collision took place on Acklen Park Drive near Hillcrest Place on January 19th.

A Toyota Tundra pickup truck reportedly came to a full stop before turning left and striking the pedestrian. The driver claims not to have seen the pedestrian in the roadway. Police state that there were no signs of impairment.

The pedestrian suffered serious injuries as a result of the collision. They were taken to the hospital where they unfortunately passed away Thursday morning.
