NASHVILLE, TN – A pedestrian has died after they were struck by a vehicle in a hit-and-run collision Thursday evening.
According to FOX 17, the fatal crash took place on Dickerson Pike near Old Trinity Lane around 7:40 PM on February 17th.
A car reportedly stopped to let a pedestrian cross Dickerson Pike. A black four-door sedan then struck the pedestrian while they were crossing. The sedan subsequently fled the scene. Two other vehicles then struck the pedestrian as well, but remained at the scene.
The pedestrian sustained serious injuries and unfortunately died at the scene.

Metro police continue to investigate the fatal accident.
