RUTHERFORD CO., TN – One person has died after a fire broke out in a mobile home in Rutherford County Tuesday morning.
According to News Channel 5, the fire broke out at a mobile home located in the 1300 block of Murray Kittrell Road the morning of October 19th. In addition, a water main burst and the area surrounding the home flooded.
Another resident returned home and discovered the body of a family member in the wreckage. Their identity and exact cause of death has yet to be established.
The cause of the fire and the break in the water main remain unknown.
The Rutherford County Fire Marshal’s Office continues to investigate the fatal incident.
