SMYRNA, TN – A pedestrian suffered serious injuries after a hit-and-run collision in Smyrna Wednesday evening.
According to WSMV, the collision occurred at the intersection of Mitchell Avenue and Fairview Avenue on February 9th.
Police report that a vehicle struck the pedestrian in the roadway and subsequently fled the scene.
The pedestrian sustained serious injuries. They are currently hospitalized, but their condition is unknown.
Authorities state that the vehicle is dark in color and potentially a Dodge Charger. There is damage to the front passenger side.
